Adorable chocolate-coated Oreo truffles shaped like bunnies—perfect for spring festivities or Easter celebrations.

# What You'll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Pink candy melts or pink food coloring (for ears and nose)
05 - Mini marshmallows (for tails and ears)
06 - Edible black food marker or black decorating gel (for eyes)
07 - Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decoration)

# Steps:

01 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and a dough forms.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Shape each ball gently into a slightly oval bunny head.
04 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
05 - Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Dip each Oreo ball in melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to parchment-lined sheet.
08 - While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for the tail.
09 - Let chocolate set for 5-10 minutes. Using toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add nose and fill insides of ears. Draw eyes with edible food marker or black decorating gel.
10 - Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They look ridiculously impressive but actually require zero baking skills whatsoever
  • Kids can help with almost every step, making them perfect for family cooking time
02 -
  • If your Oreo mixture feels too sticky to roll, pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes before shaping
  • Working quickly when dipping is crucial because the frozen centers thaw fast in warm chocolate
03 -
  • Use a fork to lower balls into chocolate instead of your hands for less mess
  • Keep a toothpick handy to reposition marshmallow ears if they slide before the chocolate sets
